Much like SpongeBob SquarePants, HEYDUDE’s in-person activation event pushed the boundaries of fashion. As the pitch was underway, creative leadership brought me on to add a little nautical nonsense. My deep understanding of the IP, plus its effect on younger audiences, shaped the pitch, seeding kits, TikTok influencer talking points, ambassador scripts, wild postings, and more.
