RICOH is one of the most trusted brands in enterprise- and consumer-level productivity solutions. Document scanners, printers, projectors, meeting devices, and more. As the lead copywriter for this brand, I communicated complex, technical products to a wide range of audiences. Plus, I had to oscillate between three, distinct brands under the RICOH umbrella: Ricoh Document Scanners, ScanSnap, and Happy Hacking Keyboards.
